Return Process

  Log into your Machines account, locate your order history, and click the 'Return Item' button to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Hardware

  Carefully pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
